One record, not seven copies
Menus, prices, availability and customer records live in one place and flow down to tills, kiosks, apps and delivery channels. Change it once, it changes everywhere.
BiteOS brings together orders, kiosks, apps, loyalty, payments and reporting for a multibrand chain. No patchwork of separate tools: one interface, the same data, in real time across every store.

A growing chain accumulates tools. Each extra tool brings a figure that does not add up. BiteOS starts from the opposite problem: a single place where everything is written once.
Menus, prices, availability and customer records live in one place and flow down to tills, kiosks, apps and delivery channels. Change it once, it changes everywhere.
Orders, takings and store status are read as they happen. When a kiosk stops printing or a payment is left pending, you see it straight away, not a month later.
Points, tiers, vouchers and corporate agreements are valid at the till, on the kiosk, in the app and on home delivery. The same customer, the same balance, across any brand in the group.
Role based permissions, action tracking, defences against abuse of the loyalty programme. The rules are not a promise written in a manual: they are mechanical constraints.
Four top level sections, over one hundred operational pages. Each role sees only the part it needs.
Every order from every channel in a single queue: kiosk, app, till, table and home delivery. Status updated to the second, complete history, tracked refunds and automatic recovery of orders that were paid but never reached the kitchen.
The points programme, tiers, promotions, gift vouchers and corporate agreements. Campaigns start here and reach the customer's phone, with opens measured per campaign, not estimated.
Revenue, orders, average order value and unique customers, comparable by brand, store, channel and period. The figures come from the same database that runs operations, so there is never more than one version of the truth.
Push campaigns, transactional messages, email and messaging. Every send records recipients, deliveries and opens, so the next campaign starts from a figure, not a guess.
BiteOS does not stop at the browser. The same rules and the same data reach every screen in the store and the customer's pocket.
Self ordering in six languages on standard hardware, Sunmi and Tabesto, with integrated payment and remote updates.
iOS and Android: points, orders, gift vouchers, events and the loyalty card in the phone wallet.
Tickets reach the kitchen in the right order, with preparation times under control.
Menus and messaging on the store televisions, updated from the management platform without anyone visiting the site.
A music schedule by time slot, managed from head office and played even without a network connection.
An iOS app for those who manage the network and need to check the numbers away from the office.
The integrations listed here are active in the production code. Every connection is two way and logs its own exchanges, so an error is found rather than guessed at.
The defences live in the mechanism. A control that depends on the good will of whoever uses it is not a control.
Authentication with Firebase and a separate check that the user is registered and active. A revoked account stops working immediately.
Every page of the management platform has a permission attached. Anyone without it cannot see the page and cannot reach it by typing the address.
Device verification on iOS and Android, blocking of disposable email domains, and checks against duplicate bonuses written as constraints in the database.
A log of exchanges with external systems, a history of refunds, and a record of kiosk errors and pending transactions.
Cloud infrastructure in the European region, credentials held in a secrets manager and never in the code.
We process only the data the service needs and keep it for the period set by the regulation and the purpose it serves.
Figures measured from the source code, not commercial estimates.
